Selling one home while buying another was incredibly stressful, but Bryan Olson made the entire process manageable. He was supportive, empathetic, and truly listened without ever being overly dogmatic. His deep knowledge of Mobile and commitment to prioritizing my interests gave me confidence at every step. Bryan's knowledge of real estate law saved me a great deal of money, and his extensive network of resources helped get essential services completed, even at the last minute. He is a strategic problem-solver and skilled negotiator who found solutions for every scenario I brought to him. Most importantly, Bryan's follow-up and support continued well beyond closing, until I was happily settled in my new home. I highly recommend Bryan Olson as Mobile's best real estate agent.

Kelly was very responsive during the whole process. He initially called me to introduce himself and give me an idea of the process which was great. I told him everything I wanted in a house and he sent me many houses he found. He made the showings super easy and printed off lots of information for us to read over and take notes on each house we saw. Once we found the home we bought and put an offer in, Kelly was very helpful in explaining the process and getting everything situated for us. It was pretty stress free on our part because he took care of many communication needs to the sellers and other people involved in closing which was wonderful. I knew I could message him or call with any questions I had. He is very knowledgeable with real estate and gave us many tips during the process. You can tell he truly cares for you and wants the best in your future home. We would highly recommend Kelly as your realtor.
