She was patient and helped me a lot.

I am a lawyer practicing in Mobile. I retained Libba to list a home which was part of a decedent's estate I was handling. ALthough the value of the home and prperty was modest, Libba treated it with the utmost care and interest. Libba was outstanding in staying on top of all aspects of the proceess, listing, getting the word out and walking the property through to sale. Throughout the process, which at times presented unexpected challenges, Libba was positive, up-beat, knowledgeable, pro-active and professional. Through her good efforts we found a buyer quickly and the closing took place with no headaches to me or my clients and ahead of time. I highly recommend Libba as your agent.

Jared makes the process of both selling and buying a home easy and painless. He really takes the time and goes out of his way to ensure the experience is the best it can be. We've bought and sold homes through Jared, and every time has been wonderful. Highly recommend!
