Rawmon made this stressful experience easier than I’ve ever seen it done. I understood the entire process because of how well he explained the information. He was very quick with responses and getting things back to push the process forward.

Going into this experience Dee was confident given the competition in the area the house valued for more than 50k than it sold for. I was not confident over time that the agent was completely transparent with myself. This was a situation where I was not located near the property so communication was a challenge. The house set on the market for 5 months before a serious buyer sought interest. Very nice agent but not very knowledgeable of dos and don’t of real estate. I would not recommend this agent if trying to sell a home in an area that you do not reside in close proximity.
