FIRST AND FORMEOST WAS GLAD TO GET JOANNA AGAIN. SHE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN MACON AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET HER TO ASSIST ON GETTING THE RENTAL AT 686 SO OUR NIECE COULD GET OUT OF THE HOTEL WITH HER 3 KIDS. JOANNA IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WON'T LET ANYONE PULL THE WOOL OVER I EYES. SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR US AND RESPONED ALL THE TIME.KEY OR AGENTS. SHE EVEN WENT THRU CLOSING WITH US. NORMALLY ONCE AN AGENT GETS HER CHECK SHE IS GONE. NOT JOANNA. WAS THERE TO THE END OF SIGNING AND STILL CHECKS IN TO SEE IF WE NEED ANYTHING. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER.

If we had a question, she was always available to answer. When the time came for closing, she emailed all the paperwork to us to review before the final signing. And making sure it all went smoothly.
