I cannot describe how happy I am with how all of this turned out. Dawn was extremely professional the entire time and kept me posted on every detail. If I wanted to know something, she either told me or found the answer as quickly as she could. It was a delight to work with her. Especially on the day we looked for the house. We went to so many different places and when we got to that one last, I knew it was the one. As soon as I told her, everything was set in motion right then and there.
