We thought we needed to fix quite a few things cosmetically, but she gave us pointers, and we realized the situation was not as dreadful and costly as we imagined. She told us she could sell our home relatively quickly. We had no idea we would have three offers within a few days of the listing. We had a signed contract to sell our home within days. When we needed repairs done, she connected us with people who were ready to perform the work. Throughout the entire process, she connected us with people who could provide various services. This saved us the time of having to seek out people on our own, which was beneficial since we both work full time. She was patient with us as we teetered back and forth between purchasing another home or renting. She explained the pros and cons of buying again vs renting. She showed us houses for sale and gave us valuable feedback. Overall, Mrs. Moon was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. We plan to seek out her services again when the time comes, and we have recommended her to our former neighbors across the street, who are considering selling their house next year.
