Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.

Always professional and very knowledgeable. Her many years of experience made it easy to work with her. It was a joy working with Pat and Diane was also so pleasant and knowledgeable .
