Kim was amazing! She did such a great job helping me understand the process and getting me to the closing table! I’m very happy that she was in my corner during this process I couldn’t have done it without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy their first home!

Kim created a positive relationship with me before she contractually was my agent. I had general questions on selling a home in this market and she was very knowledgeable and professional in answering my questions. It soon came clear to me that going without an agent in this climate of real estate was not going to work. Kim became my go to choice for a contractual agent. Kim had 3 interested parties and two contracts within three weeks due to contacts and trustworthiness with her peers. We did run into obstacles with communications of insurance, appraisal, etc that she handled professionally and got us to closing. My opinion is Kim is top notch.
