I used Mike to help sell my old home and buy a new one. He was so helpful and made this process a very good one. He was fast and answered all of my questions no matter the time. He was so polite and kind. He made it seem like we were his friends not just a client. He even checked back with us after all was done and wanted to make sure everything was doing fine. I will use him if I ever need to and I will always appreciate how he made this process such a good one.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
