Tania wasn’t even our agent, and I can’t express how fabulous and helpful she was throughout the entire process. She was representing the seller, and I had no agent at all—I simply stopped by a home that was on the market, and she happened to be there. Now we own that home, and working with her was truly a pleasure. She never once made us feel like she was only looking out for the seller. She guided us, answered every question, and treated us with genuine care. She even showed up at closing to hand us the keys with a sweet gift and a heartfelt congratulations. I feel that I lucked up when i met Julie on social media. I inquired about a house that she had just sold. She was nice, helpful, and sounded eager to help. I called her back a few days later and she called me with a few possibilities. She showed us two houses a few weeks apart and we bought the second house the day after we toured it. She called me and said that "This house just listed an hour ago and I think its exactly what youd like". She wasn't pushy. She didnt sugar coat anything. We looked at it that afternoon and agreed on a price the next day. She listened to our wants and our needs, therefore, she knew my taste and what we were looking for and what we did NOT want, therefore, she didn't waste our time or hers. I appreciated that!! I feel God knew I needed someone that could handle my pickiness and detailed nature. Julie definitely did just that. I was impressed with her professional, plus she was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was very accommodating as well as knowledgeable. She gladly answered any questions we had and never seemed to bother that I called with questions or concerns. I'd definitely use Julie again. As a matter of fact, we have 3 houses that I plan on letting her list in the near future. She met all our needs when it came to buying the perfect home for us. My dad is 81-years old and is relocating from Florida to Alabama. Vivian did an amazing job working with him to find the perfect house so he wouldn't have to make as many trips to view houses.
