Bruce and I were fortunate in having Heather Holmes as our agent in selling our Odenville home. When the market was slowing down and there was little interest in our house, she was diligent in finding a buyer by having some open houses and keeping in touch with the couple who eventually purchased our home. She saw high value in our house and gave great ideas on how to present it to lookers. She also worked hard and fought a low appraisal on our house to come up to a reasonable price. She also was able to get the buyer to come up on the price by finding a painter who worked for a lower fee. Then Heather cut her commission in order for us to get more money out of our sale in order to pay off our new house purchase. Whenever we tried to contact her, she always was very quick to respond. I felt like she valued us as clients. Thank you, Heather, for being a wonderful agent and friend!

I feel that I lucked up when i met Julie on social media. I inquired about a house that she had just sold. She was nice, helpful, and sounded eager to help. I called her back a few days later and she called me with a few possibilities. She showed us two houses a few weeks apart and we bought the second house the day after we toured it. She called me and said that "This house just listed an hour ago and I think its exactly what youd like". She wasn't pushy. She didnt sugar coat anything. We looked at it that afternoon and agreed on a price the next day. She listened to our wants and our needs, therefore, she knew my taste and what we were looking for and what we did NOT want, therefore, she didn't waste our time or hers. I appreciated that!! I feel God knew I needed someone that could handle my pickiness and detailed nature. Julie definitely did just that. I was impressed with her professional, plus she was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was very accommodating as well as knowledgeable. She gladly answered any questions we had and never seemed to bother that I called with questions or concerns. I'd definitely use Julie again. As a matter of fact, we have 3 houses that I plan on letting her list in the near future. She met all our needs when it came to buying the perfect home for us. If you want someone who is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, Julie is your girl!!!

Danny was always very quick to respond to our phone calls, text messages, and emails. Even though he is a new realtor he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The few times he wasn’t sure about something he checked with a more experienced person and still got back to us quickly. He is very personable and professional. He helped to ensure the whole process was less stressful than we thought it would be.
