Bottom line is that as long as Carla is a realtor she’ll be my realtor. Carla is all at once a sharp business woman and an empathic, communicative and above all, one of the most ethical persons I have ever collaborated with. Buying a home is a collaboration, requiring both buyer and seller to team up, develop a strategy, negotiate and communicate with the sellers quickly. Carla is one of those rare business people who can anticipate a question before it has even begun to take form in your mind. She is quick to do everything —treats you like family and I just always told her how lucky it was that I found her to help me with the most significant purchase of my life! It needs to be pointed out that she accomplished all the hard tasks surrounding house-hunting/showing and drawing up formal buying offers —with the constraints of remote Covid protocols— and I was out in Colorado at the time —she’s amazing, okay? If you’re reading this, I hope you’re lucky enough to hire her and make her part of your home-buying team!
