She went “to bat for” us a couple times over interest rates and timing of the move. She is not afraid to say no in order to better serve her customers. We moved across the country and Tammy handled all of it. She even spoke with our realtor from the sale of our house multiples times so everything went smoothly. She did the coordinating for us.
