answering the phone in the early morning hours on a Sunday when I was suffering from sleep deprivation and didn't know why I was feeling the way I was until it dawned on me from not sleeping for 48hr. He understood the stress of being a first time buyer and the doubt that goes through you mind trying to make a life long decision purchasing a house for the first time. I would highly recommend using Shawn!

Kathy was awesome! She helped me purchase my current home well below the listing and appraisal pricing. Kathy gets information fast, and gets it all done the way you want! I have worked with realtors in the past that demand you do things you simply do not want to do. Kathy let me set the pace and made offers that I recommended. I would highly recommend her!!!
