Hire Ann!! It is the absolute best advice I can give. Ann knows her trade and craft! Excellent, outstanding, exceptional. You pick the word and it will describe the guidance, service and support with a through knowledge of the selling process and industry that Ann provided to us and for us. We moved out of town before putting our house on the market. There were tasks that we needed to complete prior to putting our house on the market. Ann stepped up and ensured those tasks were thoroughly and satisfactorily completed. Then she went well beyond our expectations in her guidance, service and support during the selling process. We have worked with a number of realtors thought my military career and after. Ann is hands down the best that we have worked with. And yes, I was an actual customer and Ann did not solicit this review. It is my honest review.

She was easy to communicate with, stayed on top of things, and got the property sold quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely work with her again or recommend her to others.
