He recommended a very skilled and reasonably priced handyman for a much-needed repair. It was quickly and efficiently completed to our amazement. He is very knowledgeable of market trends, and suggested the best timeframe for putting our home on the market. He used an excellent professional photographer to take pictures of our home and property, and included a detailed layout of our home with dimensions. He patiently worked with us to wordsmith the listing and order the pictures according to our preference. Our home was listed on all pertinent websites and social media platforms. Data was collected and summarized weekly in a report, showing us the number of views and origination. Within a half-hour of the listing going live, people were scheduling showings. The open house was a huge success with over 10 families attending. We had an out-of-state offer within the first two weeks, which required a lot of negotiation.
