You pick the word and it will describe the guidance, service and support with a through knowledge of the selling process and industry that Ann provided to us and for us. We moved out of town before putting our house on the market. There were tasks that we needed to complete prior to putting our house on the market. Ann stepped up and ensured those tasks were thoroughly and satisfactorily completed. Then she went well beyond our expectations in her guidance, service and support during the selling process. We have worked with a number of realtors thought my military career and after. Ann is hands down the best that we have worked with.
