I had a really great experience working with my selling agent. She did an awesome job handling everything and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was easy to communicate with, stayed on top of things, and got the property sold quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely work with her again or recommend her to others.

Summer was very patient and dealt with a first time buyers and young realtors with unrealistic expectations for a 1960 home. After repairs Summer got the earnest money for me. The buyer decided not to take the house after all the demands were met. There were lowball offers al so and then an older couple did buy the house. They were very pleased to get it with: refinished hardwoods; updates to the plumbing, new paint and laminate. This house sold in 2017 but it was not in the best area of Huntsville. Summer did a great job and is really nice to work with.
