Teresa Renda and I connected when I was in the middle of a two year long home search. I liked her from the first meeting. She came prepared with ideas and valuable knowledge and was truly like a family member by the end of the process. She had my previous home under contract in 8 days and also helped to negotiate and close my new home. Thank you for your hard work Teresa!

Laurie consulted with us a a property that we were planning to buy. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to make our purchase as an informed and guided decision. She knows real estate.

Was so helpful with helping us find our new house, we asked her to help sell our old house several months later when the renters moved out. House sold within days. Wonderful to work with and even helped wrangle our 4 year old when we looked at houses. Currently she is our realtor for our vacant lot.
