Our experience was a great one, from the search for a suitable church property to the closing. We were guided throughout the process. As a result of her excellent negotiation skill coupled with her knowledge of the environs, the church property with initial asking price of $795,000 was purchased for $450,000.If speed, professional experience and negotiation skill matter, they can all be found in Sandra Brazelton. Above all she is a trustworthy professional with affordable service.I strongly Recommend her.

Michael not only sold our home for us very quickly but was our agent to find us our retirement home in another town. He knew what we had in mind and our price range and he stuck with that. He always had time for us! We would definitely use Michael if we decide to move again.

She is the best agent around. She helped me find and purchase within a months time. When she says she got you, she means that whole heartedly. Beast agent in the game. HANDS DOWN!!! Thank you Ms. Ann for everything.
