Kerri is an incredibly diligent and dedicated real estate agent. She does such a good job of showing you properties in your search criteria, finds an answer to any and all questions you may have and makes you feel so comfortable with a process that can often times be stressful and overwhelming. We worked with her for over a year and she never made us feel like we were wasting her time or that we needed to make a decision we were not completely comfortable with. Scott was always ready for any question--if he did not have the answer, he knew how to find it. He was available almost anytime, and always clearly communicated ahead of time about when he would not be available. When you're with Scott, it is evident that you are the priority. Every aspect of the interaction is shot through with kindness, courtesy, and an encouraging tone, but also a sharp, informed, and realistic clarity about market conditions, home values, and seller behavior probabilities. If you are wanting to learn more about something or understand some aspect of the process, his patience for explanation is vast. He is always willing to tell it to you straight, but he is careful to not crowd or pressure you with unsolicited advice. In summary, his communication style is kind, attentive, and patient but when the time-sensitive window comes, he is clear, concise, and realistic about the situation; his market knowledge is exceptional for home-buying; his negotiation skills were top-notch; he was thoroughly professional while still warm and cordial throughout.
