This was our family's second home purchase with Deneen and I must say we were highly satisfied once again. She was a joy to work with and she made herself available to us quite often. She followed-up quickly and gave us updates regularly. She made sure that we were informed and she went out of her way to show us homes two or three times if needed. We never had to wonder whether she had our best interest at heart.

Joy has helped us hunt for and purchase two homes, as well as selling a home, in the last 4 years. Each time she was outstanding in keeping us updated on things, looking out for our interests, and ensuring all steps were completed in a timely manner so that closing was never a surprise. I am so grateful for the many hours she spent for us. I have previously worked with other realtors who have not given this level of care and concern for their clients. She is the first person we recommend to friends in the housing market.

Pat is one of the most knowledgeable and professional agents in the business! She puts her client’s first in all circumstances and continually goes above and beyond! Pat has been my agent on every home I have ever bought or sold and I would recommend her to anyone looking to do a real estate transaction in the Birmingham area.
