I cannot say enough incredible things about working with Jimbo Kidd, an expert realtor and zealous representative. He was instrumental in helping my wife and I purchase our first house, and I can't fathom going through the process without him. He was immediately responsive and quickly arranged for several house showings whenever we wanted. He quickly got back to us all the time via text and phone, always happy to help. He constantly impressed us with his local knowledge of neighborhoods, property values, other agents, contractors, etc. He is a naturally friendly person who seemed to have a contact for everything--my wife and I would ask a question about home buying or construction or anything, and Jimbo instantly knew who to contact to help us or just knew the answers himself. He is an expert on everything real estate in the area. Everyone in the real estate community respects him a lot; they were eager to work with him and, by extension, with us. He gave great advice to us as first time home buyers/owners. He is an excellent negotiator and worked very hard to get us the best deal. He knew exactly how to respond and how to communicate with sellers to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. His enthusiasm helped my wife and I enjoy the home-buying process even more. There was never a doubt in my mind that we would find the perfect house for us thanks to Jimbo. I enthusiastically recommend his services.

Joy has helped us hunt for and purchase two homes, as well as selling a home, in the last 4 years. Each time she was outstanding in keeping us updated on things, looking out for our interests, and ensuring all steps were completed in a timely manner so that closing was never a surprise. I am so grateful for the many hours she spent for us. I have previously worked with other realtors who have not given this level of care and concern for their clients. She is the first person we recommend to friends in the housing market.

Jamal won my confidence through professionalism and his personal touch that he brought to this process. He was my conner the entire way. I will recommend to anyone who asks me about a realtor.

Kathryn has been by far the most amazing realtor anyone could ask for. She met all of my demanding last minute needs. We viewed about 30 homes and I was so overwhelmed but she helped me keep my head up and keep looking for my perfect first home. I would recommend her over and over again. We will definitely be using her again for our next home.
