Viola was great! This is my first home, and I was new to the entire home buying process. She was great at making sure that I understood every part of the contract, terms, procedures, and the impact of everything on me and my mortgage. Even after I closed, Viola still sends cards and reminders for important dates like renewing my home warranty and adjusting my clocks for Daylight Savings time.

I would highly recommend Viola to handle all of your real estate needs!

Bryan is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with! He went above and beyond to help us sell our home and quickly buy a new home. We cannot say enough good things about Bryan! He is quick to respond, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Bryan went out of his way to ensure that this process went smoothly. And we had a contract on our home in 1 day!!! He is not only a fantastic realtor, but also a genuinely kind individual. We would highly recommend Bryan Knox to anyone!

Kathryn has been by far the most amazing realtor anyone could ask for. She met all of my demanding last minute needs. We viewed about 30 homes and I was so overwhelmed but she helped me keep my head up and keep looking for my perfect first home. I would recommend her over and over again. We will definitely be using her again for our next home.
