Chris is such a great real estate agent. She is super patient and worked very hard to find a lovely home in my price range. She was working with my limited funds and several requests in a house. I wanted to live east of the city so I would be commuting with the sun at my back both ways. I didn’t want a basement, garage or steps. A house with two or more bedrooms and a fenced in yard for the dogs. I also wanted to be close to somewhere I could hike or get to a park easily. Chris met all of those requirements in this house. Chris answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. She was knowledgeable about the area she was showing me. She was courteous, helpful and professional at all times. She showed me about 40 houses before we found The One. It was quite an arduous adventure. The house hunting lasted about four months with a couple of heart breaking false starts. I probably wouldn’t have looked at this particular house a second time. It had no curb appeal and had been a rental house for too long. But she helped me see with a little tlc this could be a cute, little house. And with the excellent, professional help and support of this realtor, it has become my home and heart.

This is the 2nd time that Dave has been my realtor. The first was with buying a house. This time, Dave helped get my house on the market and then quickly sold. He was helpful with the entire process and explained every thing to me. Thankful for him! If I ever need a realtor in the future, he will be the one!

Jill was excellent in every aspect of the sale of my home! She was definitely there for every bit of questioning and fill in the blanks adding incite and knowledge every step of the way. When it was all said and done she fought for the best price and deal for the sale of my house and I am forever grateful.
