Carol Gardner is hands down the BEST relator. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to list. Always available to answer any questions we had, and did not make us for dumb asking certain questions. She kept us updated thru the whole process. House was listed on a Thursday and we had several contracts by Saturday. If you want a relator that cares and will work diligently to get you the best price, then look no further than Carol.
