I’ve bought 6 houses in the past 5 years and I never once thought an agent was worth a penny. I told her where I’d hope to land on an investment property, she sent me the offer letter to sign with an offer that I thought was absurd and probably won’t get a bite, but sure enough we were under contract for $12k less than I was hoping to land. I’m in my busiest season of work and I was stressing about it but she made it a breeze. She helped schedule inspections so we could fulfill a fast close and honestly was the easiest home buying experience I’ve had. Incredibly knowledgeable of the market and how to negotiate. I am looking forward to working with Macey again in the near future!
