Chris is such a great real estate agent. She is super patient and worked very hard to find a lovely home in my price range. She was working with my limited funds and several requests in a house. I wanted to live east of the city so I would be commuting with the sun at my back both ways. I didn’t want a basement, garage or steps. A house with two or more bedrooms and a fenced in yard for the dogs. I also wanted to be close to somewhere I could hike or get to a park easily. Chris met all of those requirements in this house. Chris answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. She was knowledgeable about the area she was showing me. She was courteous, helpful and professional at all times. She showed me about 40 houses before we found The One. It was quite an arduous adventure. The house hunting lasted about four months with a couple of heart breaking false starts. I probably wouldn’t have looked at this particular house a second time. It had no curb appeal and had been a rental house for too long. But she helped me see with a little tlc this could be a cute, little house. And with the excellent, professional help and support of this realtor, it has become my home and heart.

As a first time homebuyer Eddie and his team made the process enjoyable. I felt a little disappointed after my initial choice wasn’t successful but Eddie gave me very encouraging words. He worked hard to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible and things were fixed so I wouldn’t have any worries for move in day.
