Wil was always available to us to answer questions.

Today having our Milton, FL home built took, in our case, eight months. As octogenarians, my wife and I struggled preparing our Pelham, AL home for sale and moving to another state. During the entire time, Sheila visited often, guided us through the changing market, mentored her method of selling; always protecting our interests. Results remarkably brought us much more home financial value. She became our dear trusted and loving friend. We recommend Sheila as your professional, dedicated realty agent.

Paul was very professional and helpful when it came to selling our home. He met with us multiple times before our house went on the market to go over details of the process and provided us with options. Once we listed the house and showings started, he provided us with timely feedback and kept us up to date on offers that came through. We were living 2.5 hours away at the time of our sell which seemed like it would be worrisome but Paul kept us informed and kept us well in the loop with what was going on. We had a great experience!

Randy worked with us very patiently for almost a year to find our new home. We were indecisive at times and got off track on what we actually wanted to do. He guided us throughout the process with great tips and information. He's very knowledgeable and professional and he never had anything but a positive attitude during all of the dozens of houses we had him show us. We highly recommend him!
