I cannot describe how happy I am with how all of this turned out. Dawn was extremely professional the entire time and kept me posted on every detail. If I wanted to know something, she either told me or found the answer as quickly as she could. It was a delight to work with her. Especially on the day we looked for the house. We went to so many different places and when we got to that one last, I knew it was the one. As soon as I told her, everything was set in motion right then and there. To be able to call someone late in the evening with questions and it be no issue to answer them was awesome. I cannot thank Dawn enough for this. My wife and I are I.
