We went with Jason because he was knowledgeable of the area and market, and had a very can-do attitude. We were selling from out of town, and Jason effectively managed the entire process. He took care of things that we would normally have. The house was sold quickly very close to the asking price. It was painless and successful. Great listener, great disposition.
