Carol Gardner is hands down the BEST relator. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to list. Always available to answer any questions we had, and did not make us for dumb asking certain questions. She kept us updated thru the whole process. House was listed on a Thursday and we had several contracts by Saturday. If you want a relator that cares and will work diligently to get you the best price, then look no further than Carol.

Traci helped is get our first home listed and sold quickly! We lived over an hour away after relocating for work, and needed someone to handle the ground work local and Traci and the folks at Impact Realty delivered!

Michelle was absolutely amazing. She guided us through the entire process going over and beyond most days. We are forever grateful for all her hard work and hope to work with her again one day.

Johny was a fantastic real estate agent! He was very knowledgeable towards the buying process and strived to give me and Elizabeth nothing but his best! Johny found us the perfect home and made the first time home buying an absolute breeze!

Joy has helped us hunt for and purchase two homes, as well as selling a home, in the last 4 years. Each time she was outstanding in keeping us updated on things, looking out for our interests, and ensuring all steps were completed in a timely manner so that closing was never a surprise. I am so grateful for the many hours she spent for us. I have previously worked with other realtors who have not given this level of care and concern for their clients. She is the first person we recommend to friends in the housing market.
