Paul was very professional and helpful when it came to selling our home. He met with us multiple times before our house went on the market to go over details of the process and provided us with options. Once we listed the house and showings started, he provided us with timely feedback and kept us up to date on offers that came through. We were living 2.5 hours away at the time of our sell which seemed like it would be worrisome but Paul kept us informed and kept us well in the loop with what was going on. We had a great experience!

Joy has helped us hunt for and purchase two homes, as well as selling a home, in the last 4 years. Each time she was outstanding in keeping us updated on things, looking out for our interests, and ensuring all steps were completed in a timely manner so that closing was never a surprise. I am so grateful for the many hours she spent for us. I have previously worked with other realtors who have not given this level of care and concern for their clients. She is the first person we recommend to friends in the housing market.

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.
