Purchasing a home is by far one of the largest investments you will make in your lifetime. Having an experience professional at your side when buying a home to assist and guide you is just as important as it would be as a financial adviser. However as you are aware good professionals are very difficult to find. There are many that have the title but few that will go the extra mile to work with you and help you fulfill your needs. Karman is that person. She always takes your call or returns it very quickly. There in never a text, email or voicemail that goes unanswered. We worked with Karman for a year before we found the right home. She is more than a Realtor she is like family. We purchased our home from out of state. Karman did many drive buys and facetimes to help us select the right home. Karman is a Realtor that is by your side when complex situations arise. She will get you through the buying process in this everchanging real estate market feeling relaxed.

After we had a contract we needed to revisit the house numerous times for measurements, planning the reno etc. Our agent, Cheryl White, was always cheerfully willing to arrange revisits and stayed with us for several hours each time. She has become family to us!
