Jill Fleck was amazing to work with. I was looking for someone to assist me in selling my condo on Birmingham’s south side. She knew exactly the kind of buyer that I was looking for and how to reach them. She had exceptional market knowledge and strong negotiation skills. She was very professional and guided me through the entire process, all the way to closing. I highly recommend her.

I don’t know what we would have done without Jill. It took us quite a while to determine what size and location of a house that we would like to purchase. Jill stood by us the whole time and never tried to rush us to make a decision. Always offering suggestions and getting so excited when we finally found our house. She was just as helpful getting our house ready to go to market. Making suggestions on what we would need to do to get top dollar for the house. And it worked!!!!! We sold our house in ONE DAY!! How awesome it that. If you need help buying or selling a house you cannot go wrong with Jill Fleck in your corner.

Jill is the best! Patient in the process and diligent to help you find what you want while also making sure you get what you need in the selling process. Wouldn't recommend anybody else to you! She's the best!

Susie's years of experience in this area make her the best agent to go to when buying or selling a property in Birmingham. My family has used her for both buy and sell transactions and we have always received nothing but 5-star service. She is very attentive to your needs, and she provides little touches to help you that you wouldn't even know you need.

Susie has been showing us houses for several years. We were in search of a home that we would eventually retire in. Our goal was for it be be one that we could use to age in place. There were specific criteria for us to feel like it would meet our objectives. Throughout our search, Susie made herself readily available to show us lots of houses. She also identified some before we had knowledge of the listings. She was always encouraging us that our house could be found. And she even seemed to enjoy the process of helping us look. We will forever be grateful for her honesty and hard work. Since closing, she has continued to be a resource for contacts we need to make some renovations. Everything that she told us has been true. And she seems to be happy herself that our dream is coming true. Thank you Susie!

I called Susie and she came right away, had the photographer there in 2 days, and as soon as she had the photos she listed the condo. That was Thursday. We had an all cash offer for more than we asked, with no inspection, and close within a week by Sunday night. Sure enough, we closed Friday. Susie kept us informed every step of the way. I give her highest marks!
