We went with Jason because he was knowledgeable of the area and market, and had a very can-do attitude. We were selling from out of town, and Jason effectively managed the entire process. He took care of things that we would normally have. The house was sold quickly very close to the asking price. It was painless and successful. Great listener, great disposition.

Jason did a fabulous job for us when we were looking for a condo to purchase as an investment property. He found the unit we ended up purchasing and helped us towards a fast closing. He even recommended a father / son crew to help us do some renovations. He was great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend him!
