I’ve known eddye for 4 years. She was my agent when I moved to the area to buy a home, so I again solicited her help when it came time to sell that same home a few years later. When we purchased the home in 2022, the market was very tricky and it was difficult to find the right home at the right price. She guided us through the whole process and helped us find the perfect home, which we were able yo get at list price. A few years later, she helped us sell the home and it went much quicker than any home around us in a market that had completely flipped, and for the price we were asking for. Eddye used the best photographers, home inspectors, and services I’ve ever come across. She had a vast knowledge of the CSRA housing market and is just so good all around. If you’re not using eddye for your home buying/selling in the Augusta area you are missing out! 12/10.

Benjamin Mixon became our realtor through "the luck of the draw" (we submitted a more info type request on a real estate site), but we could not have been more pleased with the great job he did for us!  He made our purchase as easy as possible from walking the property with us with an app that gave the exact property lines to filling out our perc test request and making sure the property was well marked for when they arrived.  He stayed in communication and addressed every question we had.  There were three of us making the purchase, and we all agree that Benjamin went over and above, and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future - he genuinely cares about his clients, and we all definitely recommend him!
