I would like to begin by saying how Zuleika Livingston will worked with me to make my desires a reality. Zuleika is very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Zuleika was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm, and positive mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that she knew would get the job done – and that she did!!

Dr Livingston was a great help all through our search. Even when the first VA lender left us out there in the cold she was there to help us further, I do believe if it wasn’t for her expertise we may have given up a long time ago but with agents like her this was a glorious out come!!
