Zulay Ilbertwas heavenly sent; we had spent approximately 5 months searching with a former Realtor. We experienced frustration, lack of attention and impatience from our previous realtor. At some point we felt pressured to make offers, and then had those offers fall through. We decided to look for a different Realtor, and that's when we met Zulay. Her attention to detail, negotiation skills and overall personality won us over. The very first day of showings we put our first and only offer, and everything worked smoothly and effortlessly. It was truly a wonderful experience, she explained everything and answered all of our fears and concerns. She mediated with the HOA and the Title company, to make sure we could close earlier than originally expected. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a painless home purchase/sale experience with a professional and caring person.
