We sold our home in 2010 and I believe we sold within a week of listing. He was very proactive in making sure our house was staged and priced to sell. We had to move to Ohio because of job changes, and wanted to sell rather quickly. We had an offer the second day of listing but that ended up falling through because of an issue with the buyer, and so we put the house back on the market and got three offers on the first day of relisting it.
