Norman was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us, understood our needs and even went the extra mile like always. He is such an awesome real estate agent! He worked closely with the load officer, escrow officer and HOA managers, and made sure everything was on track and my escrow even closed way sooner than I expected. He showed up on each inspection and gave us valuable suggestion for what need to be done for this investment property. We are so blessed to have him as our agent and friend! Highly recommended!!

We were referred to Norman late December, 2021 by a trusted family friend. At first we were quite worried about the purchasing a home in this extremely competitive market. However once Norman got on our case, we knew that he’s the perfect candidate for navigating us through this whole process. He’s timely responses and work ethics impressed us greatly. But what’s truly amazing about him is his unparalleled knowledge in the Southern California market and the legal details of a real estate purchase. We knew what we are signing up for at each step, down to each document. He’s thoroughness and professionalism is astonishing. Without a doubt, working with Norman saved us time and money. Above all else, however, we were properly educated about the whole home-buying process and finally ready to move into our dream home. You cannot go wrong working with Norman. What you end up with at the end of this long journey is a lasting relationship with a trusted, dedicated agent who’s always on your side.

The second time I bought a house, the service was very considerate. My whole family liked the house. Thank him very much for helping me solve the hot water problem and the setting of the garage door remote control. Thank you very much

Norman is absolutely wonderful to work with. He cares about his clients and knows what he's doing. We worked with him for several times now, and Norman has never disappointed us! Very professional, experienced and helpful agent and realtor. Highly recommend!

Zu-Chen (Norman) recently helped us sell our house in Fontana. The previous tenant bailed without paying rent for months, leaving the house in terrible shape and needing extensive repairs. Throughout the repair process, Norman regularly checked in on the contractors and the home to either relay the status to us or inform us if additional repair/maintenance was needed. As an agent, he totally did not have to help us with this, as it is the seller's responsibility to oversee the repairs. However, knowing we live far from the property, Norman was kind enough to help without us even asking. He even rushed to the property after a severe rainstorm hit LA to check if the house suffered any leaks. After the repair was completed, Norman was extremely attentive and diligent in finding buyers. Thanks to his help, we had no trouble finding interested parties, and we entered escrow in a very short amount of time after listing. Throughout the escrow process, Norman patiently guided us through the steps and made sure it went smoothly. He gave frequent updates on the process, so we were in the know the entire time. All in all, we are extremely grateful for Norman's help, and we will not hesitate to work with him again on our future sales or purchases.

Zu-Chen (Norman) is a knowledgeable, responsible and detail-mind agent. He always find a time to explain detail of each document we signed through phone and computer app. He can be trusted if you have a chance talking with him and his attitude toward his profession. He puts his client’s interest on top priority. I highly recommend Zu-Chen (Norman) to anyone who is looking for a agent.

I would like to share my experience with Zu-Chen, he is a professional agent. He kept closing following with us and gave us useful information for buying. He helps us resolve problems when we met and always consider for us. I highly recommend he for your sales agent, if I'll buy my next property, he is the first and only one list for considering. Trust me, he won't let you down.

Throughout the sales process he provided up to date and courteous service and was always able to answer our questions. He also took care of details such as small repairs and contacting the HOA saving us the time and effort.
