Zu-Chen (Norman) recently helped us sell our house in Fontana. The previous tenant bailed without paying rent for months, leaving the house in terrible shape and needing extensive repairs. Throughout the repair process, Norman regularly checked in on the contractors and the home to either relay the status to us or inform us if additional repair/maintenance was needed. As an agent, he totally did not have to help us with this, as it is the seller's responsibility to oversee the repairs.
