I feel that our property was widely advertised . I saw it on multiple realtor websites and even on youtube. Her assistance in negotiating with buys was excellent as this was the first time we have sold a house and have no knowledge of the real estate situation in Warner Robins. Terri understood while we wanted the best price for the house our primary concern was with selling it quickly. When I asked Terri if the offer was a good deal I was very confident that it was. She really understood our needs. Terri never made me feel as if I was being demanding or worrisome even though I texted and emailed her all of the time. Her response time was excellent, most often in less than an hour. I appreciate her staying on top of things even when she was sick with the flu. My husband and I met Terri for the first time when we visited in April 2017 but I felt like we have known her forever. Terri has been managing our rental property for many years. We live in Ohio and it was reassuring to us to have someone so dependable take care of something that could be so unpredictable. Everyone in the office was easy to work with and Greg was a blessing to us. He has helped with repairs and maintenance of our house for years and when he worked with us to prepare it to sell we appreciated all of his experience and suggestions. He was always so kind and respectable and sensitive to our situation of not living in the state.
I’d highly recommend Terri to be your real estate agent for buying a home. It is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Working with Terri helped us get the “right home at the right price”. She knows about real estate really well. She knows what to look for in a house. She took care of the entire process – finding the right home, getting the repairs done in house after inspection, helping me understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. She responds very quickly and is very reliable. You don’t need to think twice if Terri is your agent. She is friendly, calm, and understand the needs of the client really well.
