When asked she provided good people to do certain things to make our home as marketable as possible. Knows her job. Called us whenever needed even after hours and weekends. Would use her again. Terri was able to get us our home warrienty back from the seller; do to all the push backs. Our closing had to be pushed back 3 time and each time we fully informed why, what and how.
