Zoraya is a true professional. She is an Zoraya is an excellent communicator and has a keen insight on the market. Her presentation of your home will be offered with peak skill and potential. You and your buyers will be more than pleased. I highly recommend.
We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Zoraya. We only intended to rent a home for the winter. I confided in Zoraya that we preferred homes that had a nice view. So she showed me a home that had a view of a vineyard. I was impressed buy wasn’t planning to move. As time went by, my husband’s Parkinson’s worsened. I came to the conclusion that going from sea level back to 8000 ft would not be good for him. She showed us this property on Corinthia that was being renovated and had a golf course view. We decided it was a good fit. Zoraya is very competent, understands her clients needs, and gives a personal touch. So thank you Zoraya. I think we will be happy here.
Zoraya is an excellent agent. She has presented my property in the best way possible. It looked gorgeous! She does not hesitate to put out more time or efforts to make the sale go through smoothly. Her patience and kindness exceeds any agent my husband and I have ever worked with. Her meticulousness and professionalism gives us a peace of mind, when dealing with problems. We would recommend her to our friends and family...
I had the pleasure of working with Zoraya on a quick 7 day transaction. Everything went smoothly and the home was ready for my buyers to take over.
Zoraya is highly experienced in the real estate field & understands your needs as a buyer down to the fine details. We are very fortunate to of been able to work with her to secure our new property! She is the best. 11/10
I had an excellent experience with Zoraya serving as my Buying Agent during my buying process that was completed on January 8, 2024. She was very thorough in listening to my needs and understanding my limitations and what I desired and could afford. She was very methodical in presenting me options and her advise was very good with regard to what we pursued and ultimately what I closed escrow on. She is very professional and extremely experienced in what she does as a real estate agent. I’m very satisfied with how her representation of me in my buying process played out and I’m very satisfied with what I was able to close escrow on. Without hesitation, I would recommend her to represent any of my friends, colleagues and family members that may need a Real Estate Agent in the future. Sincerely, Edward R. Ballard
Zoraya was very available for us as we were on a tight schedule.

Zoraya has been a good friend for a long time and she put that same dedication in helping me to secure a home for me and my family. She went always above and beyond and continues to answer questions and provide support unconditionally. I would truly recommend anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to give Zoraya the chance to work for you, I assure you she won’t disappoint.
I chose Zoraya in my agent selection interviews, amongst very high qualified agents. Her upfront plan was a key factor that I chose her. She came out very clean and to the point on how to sell my condo. She single-handled all the showings by herself. Good communicator.
