Zora, the Realtor, was professional throughout the selling process from beginning to end. Meanwhile, Rick, the Construction Manager, demonstrated experience throughout completion of renovation project. As a result, the selling process was a smooth transaction and the renovation generated an unexpected high profit. After contacting Zora to list our house, she provided us with a variety of comparable listings in our area. Her knowledge and understanding of the market provided us with the information needed to sell our house. We traveled back to CA from NC to prepare our home for sale. While there I had an accident and was unable to complete the repairs. Zora took care of everything. She went over and above her real estate obligations. She took care of some of the repairs that were needed and kept in touch with us all the way. We listed our house and left immediately for North Carolina. While driving back to NC, Zora called us every day to check in, and gave us a progress report. We sold our house before we arrived home. It only on the market for one week.
