Zoltan represented me in the sale of my residence of 34 years. I solicited his assistance after interviewing three agents in total, Zoltan being the third. Each one presented a market analysis. I asked each candidate several questions, the primary one being what would be their plan to sell my house. The first candidate came up with a realistic selling price based on her plan. She made it clear that she preferred to market to local buyers as they were most likely to actually follow through with the purchase once an offer was accepted. The second candidate represented one of the biggest real estate agencies in Tampa. Her strong point was the number of people backing her up. Unfortunately, her proposed listing price was hundreds of thousands below what we thought was realistic. Zoltan presented a multi layered approach to the sale. It was obvious that he knew his way around the internet which I thought was very important as it was my opinion that the way to attract the highest offers was to have a campaign that tried to attract out of town buyers. Zoltan briefed us on how our internet presence would be presented. In addition, Zoltan informed us that he planned to blast the listing to all the agents in his company’s various offices. Finally, he outlined his plan for open houses. After I assigned the listing to him, Zoltan performed a complete analysis of how the house should be staged and what details needed to be addressed to make the house more saleable. He personally worked with us to get everything done in a very small amount of time. In short, he was personally involved in every aspect of the listing and the ultimate sale. I can’t think of anything he could have done better.
