Explained every step Call/text back quickly Professional pictures plus physical pictures for potential clients Helped maintain the home when it was empty He helped arrange for work to be done on the home. (Scheduled, attended, made sure pictures when taken to prove the work was completed.) He anticipated and prepared for the next step. Communicated well. Plus his wife is a realtor and she helps, so you are getting two for the price of one. You might just get a special gift after closing. He will definitely be my first call when I buy or sell my next property.

Zoki is more than a realtor. He knows the community, he knows the trusted service providers, and he delivers honesty. Zoki lives where he sells. Along with his wife, they treat each buyer like good friends and trusted neighbors. We're very fortunate to have worked with him.

First my background meeting Zoki. He was the sellers agent for my home I purchased in Florida year and half ago. I so very impressed by his professionalism, that I decided to stay in touch with him rather then my agent well after that transaction. We touched base from time to time for advise on investment properties I was investigating. When I decided I was selling my Florida home, Zoki was only agent I'd even consider calling!!! Top of the line!!! Got my house under contract in 2 days well over list and well over what I purchased it for!!! He not only is my agent, Zoki is a friend !!
