Semra is amazing! I didn’t really have good experiences with other real estate agents when selling and buying a house. I didn’t realize some of the details of buying and selling a house until I met Semra. She seems very knowledgeable in terms of value of houses. If I may put more than 5 stars, then I totally would. I only worked with Zamir Group in less than 3 weeks, within September 2022 into part of October 2022. Despite the not so great housing market and the presence of over bids, Zamir Group was capable to make it happen for me and my future single home. Their professional realtor, who I recommend highly, is Semra Halili. Semra was massively helpful, supportive and encouraging, always with a positive-mind, a down to earth attitude, and above all an excellent negotiator who will support you and guide you no matter the direction. She will ensure your experience will be as smooth and as clean as possible with little to no issues or road blocks.
Mike was informative and helpful form the start. I was a first time buyer and he answered all my questions and made sure I was ready for each stage of the investment. I switched from buying a house to a condo and he was flexible and worked with me to find the best possible home with all my items checked off. He answered all my calls and messages or got back to me within 24 hours. He also checked in with me several times to make sure I was doing my part after we became in contract. He was also honest and let me know what we could realistically buy for my budget, what to expect, and what I should not settle for. He also has many connections in terms of other realtors and home improvement specialists. I will be sure be working with Mike again in the future.
Zohar and his team made selling our house about as simple as it could be in today's market and negotiated a price over asking. Also have to mention Tracy and Adrianne, who did a great job of keeping us informed along the way and helped with town required inspections so we could close in the shortest time possible.
