This is the second time we've used Zoe Moore...

This is the second time we've used Zoe Moore for our home purchases (2009 and 2016). She came highly recommended from a friend. We did not hesitate to request her services again in our January 2016 purchase as we turned our previous home into a rental. Over the years we've recommended Zoe to several friends who have purchased homes across both Hamilton County and Boone County. Specifically for our January 2016 home purchase, we were bidding against 4 other offers and her suggestions highly helped our offer stick out amongst the others! We went from open house to accepted offer in 9 hours!! Zoe was present for all needs during the process (walk thru, inspection, email/txt questions, etc). Even after closing, Zoe helped us with a claim to the home warranty program provided by the sellers. Overall, Zoe provides more than a real estate service. Experience combined with personality, Zoe provides a welcoming, fresh and exciting view to a what can seem (at times) a long, stressful process. She deserves beyond 5 stars!!
