Great at what she does for us.

Great overall experience. Was not looking for this particular property ,but really liked it. There was alot of back and forth, but Zoe continue to represent and advise. Zoe looked out for my interest has a buyer and made things flow.

Buying a house is a big decision and I was nervous, but Zoe is highly knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. She responded quickly to all my questions and worries, and really put me at ease. She gave me thoughtful insight from the very beginning when we were just looking at houses, and once I fell in love with one of them she was great at representing me in negotiations. She is detail oriented, honest, and communicates clearly. Zoe made the home buying process feel easy, and I wouldn't work with anyone else!

She is very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, looks out for her clients, listens to what her clients are looking for and has a positive attitude. When we wanted to look at specific houses, she was able to get infornation quickly on the status of house and get us in to look at the house. With the house we eventually purchased, she let us know as soon as she found out there was a price reduction and we were able to get an offer in. She was always available for any questions, advice, showings, and we HIGHLY recommend her for your real estate needs.

Zoe is amazing to work with! Buying a house can be quite intimidating but she guided us with our initial bid, acceptance, and throughout escrow, inspections/repair negotiations. Zoe is simply amazing. She showed us several great properties and steered us away from a couple that we liked, which had problems we didn't know about. When we found the right home, she recommended a number of extremely friendly and competent experts who thoroughly inspected the house, septic and well systems. They tested the air and water quality, and found some problems that were not disclosed by the seller. These were corrected at no charge to us. She then negotiated a price tens of thousands of dollars below asking. We ended up with a better house than I thought we could afford, at a price that was significantly under our budget. My wife is a real estate agent in San Francisco, but if you're buying property in or near Miraposa, Zoe is the agent you want. We can not recommend her highly enough.

Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very helpful preparing our home for sale with good suggestions and recommendations. She did a great write up on our property pointing out all of the areas of interest around the place. She recommended very reputable people for the work we needed to be done to prepare our property for sale. She always stayed in touch with us and got back to us immediately when we contacted her.
